About

Hi, I am Melek BATITURK. I work in HR leadership, organizational development, and digital transformation. My mission: to turn traditional HR organizations into a new generation of data-driven, digital structures that support business sustainability and financial goals.

I bring my retail and process experience into projects that improve organizational efficiency, employee engagement, and leadership development. To close the leadership gap in digitalization and build momentum in the sector, I develop and apply competitive approaches.

I am currently pursuing a master’s degree in Human Resources Management at Bahçeşehir University. I hold three certificates in Personnel Affairs, Data Analysis, and Communication Skills. I speak Turkish and English at a professional level, and French at a basic level.

Shaping and executing the digitalization roadmap for the retail sector. Managed a two-specialist team, the department budget, and a 2 million TL sales budget. Reported directly to the General Manager and board.

Managed payroll processes with a three-specialist team, redesigned the end-to-end process architecture, and led payroll automation and digitalization; prepared development plans for store leaders and regional managers.

Eczacıbaşı Building Products Group — Payroll & Personnel Matters Responsible

Payroll and benefits management, support for HRBP processes, redesign of blue- and white-collar contractor processes, and reporting of incentive and supplementary-payment processes during the pandemic.
